The last time I did celebrity ranking I brought to you Forbes list of Highest Paid Athletes well Forbes has released a list of the world most powerful celebrities with Oprah sitting at the top, a position she's held four times before. She was runner up in 2011 and 2012. Lady Gaga comes second.
