Miley Cyrus' Bangerz tour has gone from risqué to flat out raunchy.
The 21-year-old twerkster took to stage in Madrid in a painful-looking leotard made from $20 dollar bills on on Tuesday.
As well as doing her usual bumping, grinding and bum-shaking, Miley decided to give herself a rather painful-looking wedgie while sticking out her infamous tongue.
It all looked very uncomfortable and explicit. Just looking a the photos makes us wince.
Honestly Miley, Don't put yourself through so much.
We'd be happy just to hear you sing, babe.
