Niger Republic Immigrant Attempts To Burn Petrol Station In Lagos
Police in Lagos State, have arrested a man identified as Dada Ajibo from Niger Republic for attempting to burn a petrol station in Akowonjo. He was found under a car parked in the filling station with a razor blade and lighter, attempting to set the car ablaze before someone alerted people around.
He was however arrested by a mobile police man who found two Niger Republic passports, a razor blade and a lighter on him. It was also learnt that they were four in number, but others escaped as no one suspected them.
He confessed he was an illegal immigrant from Niger Republic, while some believe he is a member of Boko Haram, who tried to bomb the filling station. The police are still investigating.
