A  21-year old man, Lateef Sulaiman is facing  a four-count charge at the Special Offences Court  sitting in Alausa in Ikeja   for allegedly rẫping mentally retarded women at the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Majidun area of Ikorodu, Lagos.


He was said to have scaled a 14-foot fence  to gain  entrance into the female dormitory  and paid N200 to have sėx with the mad women who are being taken care of  at the state rehabilitation centre.
While   the parents of the accused claimed he was under the  influenced of drugs, which made him to    their home at Gbagada to faraway Majidun,   Suaiman confirmed that he  jumped into the female dormitory  on five different occasions  before his arrest.
Although he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties, he could not meet the bail terms and was subsequently   remanded at the Badagry Prison in Badagry area of the state.
